It could be obtained by looting rare chests or from traders. One such item is being sold by the blacksmith of Everlight with Bartering rank 3. Another one could be purchased from the trader Rorik in both Aonir's Blade or at Mulandir later. Another one could be purchased from the quarrymaster at the Golden Road during The Final Test with Bartering rank 3.

A mace design sculpted to replicate the one belonging to John the Shifty, an infamous criminal from Everlight. John specialized at setting inn brawls into motion and then using the distraction to rob the innkeepers blind. The mace was instrumental to his scheme due to its ability to knock down and embarrass even the strongest of patrons.
