The Impervious Protector is an unique artefact chest armor in SpellForce 3.
There are several shrines for the fallen ones of the Mage Wars. Visiting them would grant the Corporal the armor once the pilgrimage has been completed. A chest with the armor would be summoned next to the last visited shrine in that case.
Description[]
The Impervious Protector was created in the forges of Windwall centuries ago. The armor uses magic to protect the wearer from all hexes and impairments that might impede a soldier's performance on the battlefield. The dwarves of Windwall claim that the spell cast on it also protects the armor from degradation. The story goes that the Impervious Protector was first forged for dwarven generals during the Elven War.

Right now it isn't perfectly clear what are the exact requirements for the armor to appear. You can miss the shrines in Greyfell and Liannon but then sometimes the shrine in Iskander still grants the armor. As such the aforementioned information might not be 100% correct.
