The Leader of the Moon City was the military leader of the moon city of Shal'Dun during the attack of the rune warrior, that later was known as the Shadow Warrior. He could be found in the moon city to the north of the outer city of Shal'Dun. He was carrying one of the three key parts required to open the gates to the inner city.

The Leader of the Moon City is a moderate fighter able to fight on pair with his brothers in arms. He is able to use the white magic aura spell Aura of Strength which will improve nearby dark elves' fighting power considerably.
