At the Southern Windwalls there the rune warrior came across a powerful beastman called The Ripper. Upon having defeated it, she took his pelt.
The pelt possessed extremely powerful properties, but without a talented clothier, the pelt was useless. The rune warrior talked to Miria Thalindar, the wife of the farmer Bron Gonnar.
She agreed to create a chestpiece of the Ripper's pelt, if the rune warrior were to bring additional beastman pelts. Upong bringing her the pelts, Miria will craft the rune warrior the Fur Jacket armor.

The Beastmen might not drop enough fur to create the armor. If that is the case, head over to the Stoneblade Mountain. There are lots of Beastmen and you will get more than enough pelts there.
