The Wolf Guard was a group of elite soldiers within the army of Nortander.
Description[]
As it was directly serving the kings and queens of the kingdom the Wolf Guard was of absolute loyalty to them and only the most trusted individuals would be taken in to join this group. During the Mage Wars the group was under supervision of the Angar Arandir, the lord regent who had been the substitute leader because of Queen Ayelith's coma. General Sentenza Noria was the second in command and an extremely talented leader within the Wolf Guard and was tasked with fulfilling deeds that the common people would not even hear of ever.
During the Mage Wars the Wolf Guard was an extremely fierce group and had often shed blood of mages and their supporters in order to oppress the rebellion of the mages quickly and with strength. With the victory at Greykeep against Isamo Tahar during the final battle of the Mage Wars the Wolf Guard had another task: To quickly stabilize the kingdom in the aftermath of the civil war.
Insignia[]
The Wolf Guard is wearing black clothes with a red emblem of a wolf head on it. Along the gambeson there are also silver linings as well as heavy metal parts depending on the armor type.
Locations[]
The Wolf Guard had its seat within the barracks of the city of Greyfell inside the Greykeep. Inside the barracks their soldiers would rest and train to be prepared to go on dangerous missions on behalf of the kingdom of Nortander.
